All of that looks so good! I've never had pancit or lumpia before, drooling over here! I think I'd like to join the bake sale with a batch of fruit and nut granola :) what date do we have to have it made by? You just have such awesome ideas Diana!

That's funny, my family comes from (mainly) Java and we have the sweet rice, the lumpia (here you write it loempia) and pancit (we call it mihoen). All so tasty!
