Finding the chic in everyday life

I love eating, cooking, crafting, zumbaing, ice skating, and lots of other randomness.

First generation organic.

Since December 2008, I've lost 15 lbs and I hope to continue my healthy habits of nutritious eating + frequent, fun exercising.

Those granola bars always look awesome! I have to try that GH cinnamon swirl bread, yummy. Yay for new shoes!! Hope they turn out good and comfy. I don't think I could ever put a sticker on my car and I don't know if I could choose just one band, that's tough!

Yippee, you should DEFINITELY give Vegan Week a shot! I'm the other half of Vegan 4 a Week, with Michelle/Eating Journey, and it's been a really great experience so far.

I find that my husband and I are being much more aware of everything that goes into our mouths -- and eating intuitively has been much easier.

I have a guest post up right now from Janel, a dietician who blogs about healthy living. And, since I'm a triathlete, I reached out to a fanous vegan triathlete to get his take on training without animal products, and his interview is going up later this week.

BTW -- I found your blog through Kath's and I'm now in LOVE with your posts! I can't wait to try your granola bars.

I had 6 hours of meetings and telecons yesterday too! It was pure craziness. Hope the rest of your week goes smooothly :) All of your pictures are so beautiful. Those granola bars look way better than anything you could ever buy in the store. I want to try making them!!

I have to try those meatless corn dogs from TJ's! That looks awesome :-)

Those granola bars do look super tasty!
And I always have Annie's mac and cheese in my pantry too. It is a great go to meal. I usually add veggies to it to bulk it up a bit.

I love Trader Joe's Soycutash! It is delicious! Plus, I like to say soycutash! : )

Hi there,

Those granola bars look so good! I've been thinking I should make something similar latly, with my rushing around so much.

As for your random thought... I read an article about how if someone has a stickers on their car or a personalised numberplate that they are more likely to suffer road rage. I'm not sure on the rationale, but maybe to do with levels of emotions felt or similar. There is no one band who could sum me up as I change by the hour :)

Amanda (Two Boos Who Eat)

I love your dinner. Mac & Cheese can be so good and Annie's makes the best!!! I also love TJ's meatless corn dogs. YUM!
