Finding the chic in everyday life

I love eating, cooking, crafting, zumbaing, ice skating, and lots of other randomness.

First generation organic.

Since December 2008, I've lost 15 lbs and I hope to continue my healthy habits of nutritious eating + frequent, fun exercising.

These look so good!
I've been searching for chia seeds in the local grocery stores, but I have not been able to find them!
What area do you find yours in?
Thank you!

Emily

I made these over the weekend. When I went to the grocery store the Chia seeds popped right out in front of me as if I was destined to make these (Thanks for carrying them EarthFare!)

These are a perfect snack. It's a great, easy recipe that I can swap out the fruit and nut combination to make endless varieties.

Thanks for sharing and introducing me to the Chia seed!
