7:30 am - Coffee + AB Toast - First Signs of Feeling Full (6)
I dedicate this AM's coffee mug to Marium! Inside - FM Spring Blend...yum!
I also had a piece of Great Harvest Flax Oat Bran bread with some Barney Butter .
12:00 pm - Chick Fil-A Soup - First Signs of Feeling Full (6)
I met a co-worker from a previous project for a short lunch today at Chick Fil-A . Since I'd already packed lunch, I just got a Chicken Noodle Soup...
...and brought my water bottle. I also didn't touch the Saltines...I love them, but wasn't feeling them today.
2:30 pm - Turkey Sandwich + Green Pepper - First Signs of Feeling Full (6)
I had another toasted sandwich today for my second lunch - just turkey and muenster cheese on more Great Harvest Flax Oat Bran.
I also had a half raw green pepper for some greenery.
6:00 pm - Impromptu Zumba! - Pumped!
Rewind to this morning when I was checking my email pre-work. Imagine my surprise to find an email from my zumba instructor mentioning a FREE zumba class tonight! I decided to bring my gym bag to work today in case I could make the class and I did! The class started a little late, but I still got a solid 45 minutes of zumba-liciousness in and I felt great!
9:30 pm - Chicken, Broccoli, Black Eyed Peas - First Signs of Feeling Full (6)
Hubby picked up chicken cutlets and some new coffee (yay!) from Fresh Market earlier today, so I decided that due to our lack of ingredients, I'd just throw together something simple. I started with an herb/flour mix to dredge the chicken in: flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
The chicken cooked up quickly...
...and dinner was ready before I knew it.
We had the chicken with some black eyed peas (cooked like before - click) and steamed broccoli lightly drizzled with melted butter. I had water with dinner.
Hubby reminded me that we had some fudge left from earlier this week, so I had some with some 2% milk. I probably ate about 1 1/2 cubic inches of the fudge, which was just plain ole chocolate, and it was dee-licious!
What's your favorite fudge flavor?
I just had some chocolate coffee fudge last week and it was AWESOME!! i just LOVE those two flavors together...

Well, to be honest when it comes to sweets I don't discriminate... I like them all! LOL! But if I have to pick a fave fudge ... mmm... It has to be chocolate peanut butter fudge! Yum! Love it!
