Finding the chic in everyday life

I love eating, cooking, crafting, zumbaing, ice skating, and lots of other randomness.

First generation organic.

Since December 2008, I've lost 15 lbs and I hope to continue my healthy habits of nutritious eating + frequent, fun exercising.

I have that wine!.. I haven't tried it yet though.. I need to buy that cheese + I just bought those crackers today!! :)

Amber

LOVE trader joes and their samples!!

Courtney (The Hungry Yogini)

I can totally relate! I love eating foods in their purest form because it makes me feel good! I think it's something you have to come to on your own rather than a parent or older figure telling you it's right or that you should. Very good observation!

Ooooh I wish we had a TJ's!!

Forthright Fattie

I'm so envious that you have wine at your Trader Joe's. Here in PA you can't buy wine anywhere but a state-controlled wine and spirits store, so we have to go to Trader Joe's just for the food. : )

kristie

that is probably my favorite TJ's cheese!!!! i need to make a trek there soon (it's like 30 minutes from my house so i dont' go often).

Alicia

Oh, I miss Trader Joe's & Whole Foods soooo much. Now I live 3+ hours away from the closest stores. ;(

I am loving all the yummy & healthy food on your blog! OMG though, my pregnant belly goes crazy after seeing all those great photos though! It's like "browse blog, SNACK TIME".

Janice

I never had a dad to brain wash er.. impart his knowledge to me, mine would hardly even eat vegetables! My mum was the one who was adventurous with food.

I haven't been very good with the SCBR either, just too too tired!

katecooks

yay!!! i can finally post a comment :) i was dying when i read this post -- i recently bought that same wine AND had those exact same crackers with cheese last weekend LOL. you should definitely try the honey moon Viognier. it's SO GOOD!

Kath

LOVE that cheese!

EatingRD

I LOVE TJ's! That's where I mostly shop because it is so reasonable if you mostly get the non-packaged things. They have the best samples too! I love all your foodie pics; you always go to the neatest restaurants. They look so good! What kind of camera do you use. Your pics turn out so well even in the dim light of the restaurant.
