Good Morning.

An easy way to do pork tenderloin is to sear it off and finish it in the oven(same pan). I also pull it out 10 degrees below "done", cover for 10 minutes.

I love red wine and chocolate!!!

MMMMmmm. That pork tenderloin and spinach salad looks good. I regret missing it even more now that I've seen it. Shoulda stayed home last night.
