Finding the chic in everyday life

I love eating, cooking, crafting, zumbaing, ice skating, and lots of other randomness.

First generation organic.

Since December 2008, I've lost 15 lbs and I hope to continue my healthy habits of nutritious eating + frequent, fun exercising.

I love prunes! I always feel like such an old lady eating them :D

That's so crazy b/c I just bought some yesterday and was wondering how I was going to incorporate them into my week. Good timing!

Janice

I like prunes too and I reckon you could put them in your granola bar. Just use them like any dried fruit. I'll have a think about this one.

Well, I have to admit to eating them right out of the container. But! Two ways I have this week: I made a HUGE salad the other day with everything under the sun, fresh raw veggies, chick peas, tofu, goat cheese and I cut up some prunes and threw them in (the way you'd have raisins or cranberries in a salad)

The other way is cutting them up and having them stuffed in a banana with almond butter. Not bad!

Janice

I've put my prune recipe on my blog HERE
