Finding the chic in everyday life

I love eating, cooking, crafting, zumbaing, ice skating, and lots of other randomness.

First generation organic.

Since December 2008, I've lost 15 lbs and I hope to continue my healthy habits of nutritious eating + frequent, fun exercising.

I have the book but haven't made anything out of there just yet... That cookbook stand - love it!

Oooh, how exciting! I really enjoy her show (I would say love, but I have to reserve that for Ina LOL.) I'm looking forward to your cooking posts!

I have this cookbook too. I really loved Ellie when she first started on the food network. When I began blogging I think I did one of her recipes every week (Proof: :)

I really love the spice rub she uses in her Cowboy Steak recipe, as well as the Turkey Meatloaf. Her oven fries are yummy too, as is her version of a healthy Fried Rice. I hope you enjoy the cookbook!

PS: Make the easy strawberry pancake sauce. It's fabulous.

I am a huge fan of hers as well. :) She absolutely makes things that fit in with everyday life.

Her success can be attributed to her way of offering real advice without any of the gimmicks and crash diets the permeate today’s news. She reaches people with her message that it is possible for anyone, given the tools and knowledge, to live life to the maximum by being in healthy balance, nurturing a richly satisfying and sumptuous, attainable lifestyle.

All the people cheered because of the wonderful article.

I do love watching her show too! The recipes were luscious, but healthy as well. Since I started dieting, I got so conscious with what I eat everyday. And now I'm into clean eating. Diet recipes and clean eating recipes are the kinds of books that I'm currently reading so that I'll get to be slimmer and healthy too.

My wife is a fan of hers, actually. Everyday, she prepares healthy and mouth-watering dishes that we truly enjoy. Holistic nutrition is important for us, especially today that there are lots of kinds of diseases. Here in Calgary, different families have also become more careful in providing their family good nutrition. They even consult someone who is expert in giving healthy recipes for the whole family.
